Improvers Mountain Biking (MTB)
This long weekend is geared for the rider who already has an understanding of basic MTB techniques. During the course of the three days we will aim to improve on all areas of your mountain biking with particular emphasis on developing your posture, riding style and technique. Evening sessions will focus on route planning, bike mechanics, and basic first aid. Our aim is to leave you ready to explore the trails and hills with confidence.

- Bike fit: We will analyse your position to enable you to become more comfortable and efficient. We can also try and alleviate any cycling related aches and pains by use of static trainer and video to look at your current set up. This analysis will run throughout the course.
- Bike mechanics: How to look after your bike at home and on the trail, including emergency trail side repairs.
- Technique: We will spend a large proportion of the three days out on the area’s trails and hills. During the trail rides we will aim to develop your riding including, effective climbing and safe descent on various types of terrain safely. We will also develop your cornering at speed, along with single track skills, line choice and much more.
